A uniquely Sarawakian dish, Kachangma is a dish made with Motherwort, ginger, cooking wine and chicken pieces. Our version uses Sarawak Rice Wine in place of the usual chinese cooking wine, and our Dayak Ginger juice.
A staple dish for most new mothers during their confinement period, it is however also enjoyed all year round by most local Sarawakians.
