A deeply comforting Sarawak dish, Bubur Pedas is a savoury, spicy 'porridge' made from a blend of dried spices and rice that is roasted and pounded into a powdered mix.
Cooked together with beef skin, tofu skin and an assortment of vegetables, it is a hearty dish often eaten to break fast during the month of Ramadhan.
